I have a good friend here I met in language school. She is originally from Singapore, so that is pretty sweet. One day she brought homemade sushi to class and gave me a ton to eat for lunch. It was AMAZING! I told her how much I love eating sushi and how I would love to know how to make it. Well…
It was actually super easy to make sushi! We used hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, seaweed tang salad, fried fish, avocado, caviar, and of course rice! She made sure to make a point that we understood you can put absolutely anything you wish to inside sushi when you are making it. She had even heard of someone using peanut butter! Go figure. Maybe in a later post I will write instructions for how to make sushi at home!

the sushi looks so delicious you are making me sooooo hungry.. love the pictures you are both so beautiful.. what fun!! I hope you make me some when you come home. thanks for the update on your life.. missing these blogs.. so happy to see two new ones. keep them coming..
Hi again,
I’m not overly fond of sushi but this sounds tasty and it sounds pretty easy to put together when you know what you’re doing. You both look wonderful and very happy and contented. Keep on cooking Megan.
